This article explores the possibility increasing performance companies through green methods personnel management using example Iranian car manufacturers. study combines survey and correlation-analytical methods. reveals that improvement human resource management, covering such aspects as recruitment, training, has positive significant impact upon companies. effectiveness these activities increases with use new technologies learning systems (LMS), cloud computing, artificial intelligence. application stimulates implementation corporate strategy sustainable development opens career opportunities for employees. benefits lie image, growing demand their products, production safety, and, consequently, internal organizational climate.
